>Cases are pre-order item, we will only make it after your confiamtion, kindly share with other if you have any idea. No cancellation after your order has been placed.

>No refund or exchange except major manufacturig defect(eg. broken case). Please contact us for exchange within 5 working days after received case. Free crystals and small unit of glue includes in the shipment for free.

>Please note that the cases are hand made and may not all look the same, but we guarantee you will received the case which special for you.
 

 About the delivery

>Pre-order cases will be arrive in 7-15 days, handmade+dry time+delivery.

>For Registered mail, we will provide you with tracking number upon delivery.

>For Non-Registered mail, we are not responsible for any loss during delivery.

>We will make sure cases are carefully packed,free exchange if any damage due to packing.
