Team & Conditons:

A. All in original conditions without opening the seal. We will not refund for any opened or unseal products due to hygiene issues.We will refund the balance excluding shipping fee once we receives and inspect the return mail (Shipping cost is NOT refundable and buyers should bear the responsible for return shipping in teams of exchanging).

B. All order will be posted out within 2 working days once we have receives confirmation order from Qoo10 system unless is run out of stock. We'll inform you in advance if there are any item sold out. All order are first come first serve basic, payment made by AXS please kindly make payment within 1 working day as J & I Fasshon will only reserve the item for you up to 24 hrs as to be fair to other buyers thanks for your kind understanding.

 1. Wrong address return mail.

 Dear buyers, kindly check on the mailing address during your check out as JIFASSHON will not be responible for any lost mail or return mail shipping fee. If you've accidently type the wrong shipping information kindly contact us immediately to amend the mailing address before your order is shipped out. If you had given the wrong information and the parcel has return back additional shipping fee will be fully bear by you. 

2. What about the import taxes or duties? 

Customers are responsible for the custom and import duties. You could email us or add you note to the comment area when you checkout.

 3. Does J & I FASSHON offer Wholesale / Dropshipping? 

We're doing both retail and wholesale/Dropshipping & OEM kindly contact us  for more information. Example: can email the list and items you'd like to purchase in the event the products you're looking does not display on our page please feel free to contract us for assist.

We'll try our best to offer our wholesale discount and affortable shipping rate for reseller.

4. I still have not receveis my order yet?  

J & I Fasshon will not be responible for any lost mail if you have select non reigster mail( Normail Mail) as it's beyond our control once we post out to singpost and it does not include tracking number which come in higher risk on lost mail. Kindly opts for register mail instead due to increase of mishandle mail. Customer who select register mail kindly check on the product which you have purchase in Qoo10 and click on the tracking number to check directly at:   www.singpost.com

5. How long does it took to process my order?

All order will be process within 3 working days. We'll update into the system once we have posted out your order you will receives a e-mail from Qoo10 once we click delivery.
