Rob Lucci is one of the main antagonists of the CP9 Saga、 specifically the Water 7 and Enies Lobby Arcs. Introduced as one of the five foremen of Galley-La Company's Dock One、 he was a sawyer、 treenail、 and bolt specialist. He was later revealed to be the strongest member of the CP9 operating undercover to obtain the Pluton blueprint from Iceburg.
