Let do these step by step:

1) Put in AA size battery into Eyelash Curler battery compartment
2) "On" the EyeLash Curler by "sliding up" the button
The heated head has heating element with a heat indicator - Purple(Cool) and Red (Heated)
3) Apply Liquid Eyeliner on upper eyelid - and lower eyelid
4) Apply Lash Primer on our eyelashes - upper and lower lashes (from base to tip)
5) Apply Mascara on our eyelashes - upper and lower lashes (from base to tip)
6) Check Eyelash Curler heat indicator is "Red"
7) Hold Eyelash Curler like a pen
8) Run it along your eyelashes - upper and lower lashes (from base to tip)
9) After using the Eyelash Curler cap the cover on and the cover will slide the button to "OFF"
