We take a lot of responsibilties for our products as much as we can, we try to check for defects on the product before shipping. you will have to send the item back to us (Singapore address) so that we can facilitate an exchange with proof of the defective product. The product will have to be unused and we will accept returns and exchanges if you notify us of any defects within 2 days of receiving the product.

Delivery time frame(Tracking number be provided)

1)after payment made, item will be ship, land transfer of parcel to air mail delivery will takes 3- 7 days.

2)once item is shipped thru air mail, delivery takes 3 to 14 days.

(tracking number be updated to account once parcel reached air mail)

please note that delivery of item usually takes 1 to 3 weeks. depending on singapore custom clearance and delivery company.
