Shipping & Delivery:

1) All orders will be shipped out within 2 working days via Singpost Normal/Registered Mail.

2) Item will be bubble wrap and mailed.

3) Register mailing , tracking will be given

4. Normal Mailing , Proof of mailing cert by singpost will be send by email, so all customer who purchase from us, please do leave us your email .

5) If product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will inform you and full refund will be given if you do not wish to wait for restocking.

6) You will need to bear the mailing and handling charges for redelivery if your order is returned to us due to wrong address or rejected by the addressee.

7) We will not be liable for any losses, damages or suffering caused by the use of product.

8) If item is delivery by courier please do inform us time and date for delivery.

9) If items is a poster , Poster will be send by poster tube unless you have choosen to be folded.

Notices to Buyers :

1) Once items receive, Buyer need to let us know by using Gmarket ( within 3 days )

2) We will send out  SMS regarding to the ordering and items mail . We will continue to send out till you have receive and inform Gmarket. Becasue we want to make sure items is properly gets into buyers' hand . By inform of SMS does not means you have receive, all must be done by using Gmarket.

3) Customer must do their part when you have receive

4) Inform of SMS and inform of Gmarket  must be done immediate.  Do not try to play us out. Do not give those reason like

    a) no computer

    b) no internet

    c) Exam period

    d) sick or hospitalize ( at least able to tell your family member to contact us)

    e) out of the countries but there is someone at home and do not know how to use computer ( most contries do have free wifi so you are still able to inform us) 

    f) Mobile is off at night/hoilday ( at least you will on in in the morning or afternoon or else how you are able to receive call from friend or family ). We will wait for you reply ( 24 hrs )  

    g) working ( at least lunch time , you still have 30 mins or 1 hr  to inform us about it )

3) if you tents not to do any answer or does not inform Gmarket that you have receive. Evidence of mailing will be send out to gmarket as a proof and you are unable to run away.

4) Your Email address must be inform us immediate after you have place in your order. ( for mailing proof of mailing if you choose normal mailing )
