Flight Criteria:

• You must weigh less than 120kg (if shorter than 180cm) or 140kg (if taller than 180cm.)
• You are at least 7 years old.
• You must be able to comfortable wear one of our helmets.
• You are not pregnant.
• You have not previously dislocated your shoulder, have no history of back/neck injury or heart problems.
• You are not under the influence of alcohol or non-prescribed drugs.
• You are not wearing a plaster cast
• You have signed the iFly Singapore indemnity form

 

Pre-Flight Requirements:

 

• Flyers are required to check in 1 hour prior to the flight time as you will be required to attend professional training to ensure safety throughout your flight experience.
• Flyers will be required to reschedule flight if you fail to arrive on time for check in.
• There will be charge of S$ 30.00 for each flyer if you fail to reschedule your flight 48 hours prior to your flight time.
• There will be NO REFUND for any flight cancellation or No Show. No Show is defined as not showing up for flight.
• Be attired in T-shirts, shorts, jeans or pants. Ladies are advised not to dress in skirts or dresses.
• Wear closed-toe shoes with laces, preferably sneakers / track shoes. (charge of S$ 4.00 for a pair of iFly Singapore socks and rental of a pair of sneakers)
• Avoid wearing accessories like necklaces, earrings, bracelets, watches, etc.
• Flyers aged 18 and below must be accompanied by a parent / legal guardian or bring a copy of their photo ID or passport and a wavier form signed by a parent / legal guardian.
• Flyers are required to bring along their photo ID / passport for verification purposes.

Please be informed that our facility will be closing at 6pm on 7th Feb 2018, Wednesday for Chinese New Year’s reunion dinner.

Our last flight session will be 5:30pm (check-in at 4:30pm).

We will resume our normal operations on 8th Feb 2018, Thursday

Every day except Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM (First Flight at 10:00 AM)

Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM (First Flight at 12:00 PM)

Last flights are at 9:30 PM

How to use tickets:

Option 1.

Show this e-voucher to iFly counter to book for your flight.Flights are advised to make a reservation at iFly Singapore counter no later than 3pm on the flight date to prevent any disappointment.Flights are subjected to availability. During peak period, there might be a waiting time of approximately 1-2 hours.

Option 2.

Advance reservation (at least 3 working days) is required and confirmation is subjected to availability. For advance reservation please email to info@iflysingapore.com. Attached valid e-voucher(s), stating full name(s), date of birth(s), date, time of flight and no of participant(s). Reservation without valid e-voucher(s) will be denied.
