Exchange & Refund


Confirmation of Orders

Qoo10 will send an electronic acknowledgement to the customer upon successful submission of the electronic order. If items ordered are unavailable, a message will be sent to the customer for further action.

 



Cancel/Refund

We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods. We shall not honour any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.


Exchange and Return of Wrong items Delivered

All items sold are NON REFUNDABLE unless defective/wrong items mailed or paid item is out of stock. We will inspect items before posting out. Please notify us via email of the defective/wrong items delivered to you within 3 days of receipt.


Customers need to send the products back to us before we ship out the replacement. Please use the shipping option with the tracking features like Singpost Registered Articles/Speedpost, Ta-Q-Bin, DPEX courier; we will not responsible for any lost mail for non-tracking shipping option

Customers are resposible for the shipping costs for the return of goods under any circumstances. We do not refund or perform exchanges for delivered apparels due to below reasons:

 

 

All measurements and sizes are displayed clearly on each apparel's description page. Please make sure customers buy the correct sizes. **Measurement is subject to max 2~4cm tolerance**

All request for defective exchange must be accompanied by zoom out image of the defective area and exchange items MUST be received within 1 week from date of dispatch of your order.

 Shipping Info

All orders usually be processed once payment received and you can receive your item(s) within 10-17 working days from the date of payment, unless the items you ordered Out of Stock (which we will notify you separately by email/SMS).

Though we do our best to minimize delivery time, there may be delay in shipments sometimes, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.


Important note: We will suggest customer to use registered mail. We believe when you pay for the goods, you expect confirmed delivery, safely to your place without any false alarm or worries that it might be lost in transit. Guranteed delivery upon payment is our No. 1 policy.
