It is lightly sweetened, fully reacted, and easily dissolves in water or other liquids to make a pleasant tasting liquid with a hint of citrus. Mineral absorption is dependent on how soluble the mineral is, and in turn, the mineral's solubility is determined by the pH of its environment - the lower the pH, the more soluble the mineral.
