Dolce & Gabbana launches its annual limited editions for summer 2016 of the famous fragrances Light Blue from 2001 and Light Blue Pour Homme from 2007. The new citrusy - fresh scents are named Light Blue Love in Capri and Light Blue Pour Homme Beauty of Capri, inspired by the summer atmosphere at the Italian island of Capri.
Light Blue Pour Homme Beauty of Capri evokes the natural beauty and luxury of the island, such as the shimmering rocks along the coast line and the green forest landscape by the sea. It opens with a citrus character of Sicilian bergamot and a brusque citron. Notes of bitter orange leaf in the heart are enriched with a base of cedar and vetiver.

The initial Dolce fragrance launched in 2014.
The fashion house launches its completely new fragrance Dolce at the very beginning of 2014.
Dolce represents an emotional and sensual journey through Sicily, which is the origin and inspiration of the fashion duo.
It is described as a soft and feminine scent of white flowers.
Freshness of neroli leaf together with papaya flower open the composition making an introduction to the heart that dominates with white amaryllis, narcissus and white water lily.
The base is soft with cashmere and musk.
D&G Dolce: Floral Drops EDT 75ml

Floral Drops is launched one year after the initial Dolce fragrance as the flanker for 2015.
The scent is more fresh and airy than the original and is trying to depict the smell of freshly picked flowers sprinkled with dew.
The composition retains the original composition of white flowers. It opens with fresh neroli leaf and papaya flower. Its heart includes white flowers of amaryllis, daffodils and water lily. The base notes are cashmere, musk and sandalwood.

Launched in 2014 with the Dolce fragrance, the eponymous collection from Dolces expanded in 2015 with Dolce Floral Drops, and is welcoming the new flanker Dolce Rosa Excelsa in early 2016. As with the previous editions, Dolce Rosa Excelsa evokes Sicily and the Italian woman, the main sources of inspiration of the designer duo.
The composition begins with exotic fruity papaya blossom and fresh neroli leaves. The signature ingredient of the collection, white amaryllis, is located in the heart of the composition, together with white water lily and white daffodil. The heart further on seduces with two types of roses: the first time ever used African Dog rose and Turkish rose . The musky, woody and slightly piquant base includes accords of sandalwood, musk and cashmere.
Canadian model Kate King continues to be the face of the perfume line. The bottle of heavy, frosted glass is painted in soft pink and decorated with a red cap in the shape of a flower.

DG Pour Homme reedition is of aromatic, dry and floral character and opens with notes of tangerine, bergamot and neroli. The heart consists of lavender, sage and pepper and the base includes tobacco, cedar and tonka accords.
The advertising campaign is shot by Mario Testino in Sicily with famous models Laetitia Casta and Noah Mills.

The elegant top notes of bergamot, coriander and basil. Leading to the heart where there is a warm blend of ginger, neroli and cardamom. Tobacco, sensual amber and cedar leave their mark at the base of the perfume.
D&G The One Sport EDT 100ml
After the original The One for Men from 2008 and The One Gentlemen from 2010, Dolce Gabbana launches the third fragrance from The One masculine line, lighter and fresher The One Sport. As its name suggests, The One Sport is designed for active sportsmen and dynamic "modern gladiators" who enjoy unrestrained freedom and the excitement of outdoor activities. This fragrance also represents the first sporty fragrance of the house.
Stefano Gabanna described the inspiration for this creation to the wwd magazine: “We have friends that go to the gym. They are each very different from one another, but they all enjoy going to the gym for themselves, to feel good about themselves. As the Latins said, ‘Mens sana in corpore sano (or a sound mind in a healthy body, in English).’ ”
The composition retains some characteristics of the original, refreshed by aromatic and aquatic tones that give a certain dynamics to the fragrance. It opens with aquatic notes and rosemary, combined with the heart of cardamom and Sequoia wood. Patchouli and musk form the base.
D&G - The One Essence De Parfum 65ml
Dolce & Gabbana presents the new version of the feminine fragrance The One from 2006. The One Essence comes out in September 2015 as the highest concentration of original composition. It is described as the scent of warmth, elegance and luster, inspired by luxurious materials.
The composition retains the original notes. It begins with fresh bergamot, mandarin, peach and litchi. The heart unfolds with white flowers of jasmine and lily and turns into the warm base of amber, vetiver and vanilla.
The fragrance is presented in a luxurious and elegant version of the original bottle.
D&G - The One: Desire EDP 75ml
The One Desire reveals in the top notes a citrusy blend of bergamot, mandarin, lychee and lily of the valley, emphasizing the glamour and glory of a woman.
The heart blooms with seductive tuberose which is cleverly laid out on the base which is made of caramel, vanilla, sandalwood and musk.
The scent is designed by Stefano Gabbana and Domenico Dolce, in cooperation with Givaudan's in-house perfumers.
