1. Singpost Registered Article

Registered Article does not provide detailed online tracking capability. It is not mandatory for registered items to be scanned at every stage of the delivery process be it for local or overseas delivery.

For any loss of the Registered Article, the maximum liability of SingPost is limited to Singapore Dollars Sixty-Eight (S$68.00) per article or the declared value of the item, whichever is lower.

2. Singpost Ordinary Mail

Normal mail is delivered directly to the letterbox and does not come with insurance and tracking facility and have a chance of going missing as the mails cannot be traced.

We do not cover lost of mails due to wrong address provided by buyer or parcels that are lost in mail.
