[Delivery Information]
We ship items by the following
1) Singpost Normal Mail (free) - Seller is not liable for lost mail. From our selling records, we rarely come across cases of lost mail. However, in the case of loss, buyer agree and read the T&C that no refund will be provided if normal mail lost during delivery.
2) Singpost Registered Mail - Item will be processed in 1-3 working days and you will receive a Registered Article tracking number via Qoo10.
3) Seller Delivery - Our courier delivers to your place within 2 working days between 10.30am-5pm. Courier will call 10 minutes before reaching. Item will be dropped off at your gate/counter if no one is at home if authorised by you, otherwise courier will re-delivery at an additional cost of $6.90.
Delivery Note for Normal Mail:
Parcel will be delivered to the letterbox directly via Singpost. In the case of large parcel which may not fit into the letterbox, the postman will deliver to your doorstep. If delivery is undelivered (nobody is at home), the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available for normal mail. Cert of Posting (to prove that item is mailed) will be provided if the item is not received after 14 working days upon request. NO REFUND WILL BE PROVIDED thus Delivery with TRACKING is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days but minor cases delay up to 2 weeks (feedback by my customer)

Normal mail there are risk of lost mail. so you agree and read the t&c.

COP cert of posting from singpost can proof we shipped your item.
COP include ur address (there will be few customers address in 1 A4), with 1 post office stamp chop with date.
