What it is

How to apply
Step 1. With the inner surface of the curve, apply in detail starting from the root of the eyelashes and working toward the tip to curl up the eyelashes.
Step 2. With the outside surface of the curve, lightly touch the tip of the eyelashes and under the eyelashes to lengthen and thicken the eyelashes.
