What is it?

Do you ship internationally?

o We regret to inform you that we only ship locally at the moment, but we are working on shipping worldwide in a few months’ time!

Do you do custom designs?

o Yes! We do customized designs, however we will take a longer time to ship out your decals as we need time to custom make your designs and ensure they meet your expectations. Simply drop us an email ([email protected]) providing a high resolution image of the design you want including its size (Large, Medium, Small) and we will try our best to custom make it for you!

What is your payment method?

o We accept payment through qoo10, if you are unable to pay via qoo10, do drop us an email.

Will there be more designs?

o Yes! We will frequently update our catalogue withes trendy and eye-catching designs so do visit our facebook page (www.facebook.com/heart.corevinyl) or our qoo10 shop (www.qoo10.sg/heart.corevinyl)

Will you do reprints of old designs?

o Yes, we will do reprints of popular designs.

Do you sell in bulk?

o Yes we do, but we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to sell our decals at a lower price via qoo10 even if bought in bulk.

Shipping:

We ship using Singpost Normal. Shipping rate is free!

Upon confirmation of your order, we will ship out your decals within 48 hours, the shipping courier may take an additional 3-5 working days.

A stringent quality check will be done before your decal is shipped up.

We do not ship on weekends.

Currently, we only ship to local addresses.

Return/Refund/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or provide refunds due to the delicate nature of our product before application.

However, we only accept returns and provide refunds ONLYbefore the item is shipped out and on a CASE-TO-CASE basis.

We are willing to provide you with a one-for-one exchange if we sent you a wrong order, however, return shipping fees shall be borne by the customer.

Tax Invoice/Receipt:

We will only provide a tax invoice/receipt for orders more than S$50 and only upon request.
