The price itself made me hesitant but for that price what the heck Ill try them. I'm a 42DDD. I bought the XL size. These are oh so very comfortable. The best part, which I didn't believe was possible, my breast did NOT fall out at all through the night. The support isn't the greatest but its comfy. I wouldnt wear these as bras or to leave the house in it but for sleeping and lounging around yes. After receiving them though, I realized that they wouldn't fit very long on my growing body. I returned my first order and reordered a size larger. Now they are perfect. They are snug enough to be comfortable, but allow enough room to grow. I think they will also work well during those first few days of milk-coming-in-engorgement once the baby comes. My only complaint is that the elastic isn't covered by an extra layer of fabric in most places... this makes it a bit itchy. The best solution is to simply turn the bra inside out and... viola! it's much more comfortable. I usually wear a medium in anything maternity, but when I took my measurements I ordered a large just in case. I was a 34 DDD pre-pregnancy and am 39+4 weeks pregnant. I probably could have ordered an XL to be honest. The waist band fits fine, but the cups feel a little small like the bra is riding up right under not wanting to lay flat. I'm 5'1", so I'm not terribly tall or have a long torso or anything. Maybe the large will fit better once I lose my bump, but I'm thinking I need to order an XL. (A little more modesty than those hospital gowns afford anyway) I tried it on, and I love it! My poor breasts are so sensitive and this bra offers just the right amount of support and softness for night time sleeping while pregnant.
