It started with a climb up a snowy Northwest Peak.
After a ski trek to 8000' my taste buds craved a satisfying salty-spicy vibe. Back home I mixed whole almonds and peanuts with the sweet tart chewiness of lime-infused mango. Punctuated by the subtle kick of chipotle chili.
