To keep the amount of sugar minimal, our manufacturer includes sugar alcohols such as Erythritol, Maltitol, and Xylitol. Sugar alcohols are commonly found in today''s foods. They taste like sugar, but have fewer calories and fewer negative health effects.
We use xanthan and cellulose gum as thickening agents and stabilizers so the protein mixes well. They''re natural emulsifiers for mixing or shaking. They''re totally safe and makes your protein go down like a milkshake.
