Installing & Operating Instructions
1. Installing Schematic diagram(See above )
2. Telephone/ Computer connection
2.1 If used on the telephone of Call Center, please connect the RJ11 on the device to the headset of the telephone.
3. Connect headset cable.
3.1 Single headset cable usage: connect the headset cable to any headset interface on the device. Press corresponding ¡°MUTE¡± button if needed. Press ¡°MUTE¡± button again if regain call.
3.2 Dual Headset usage (Training or monitor): connect the headset cable to the headset interface on the device, then both persons can hear the comfortable and pleasant voice and also can speak to each other in the mean while. Press corresponding ¡°MUTE¡± button if you don¡¯t want other side to hear you monitoring the conversation of both sides. Press ¡°MUTE¡± button again if regain call.

The training connection is not muted. Both the trainer and the trainee can be heard on the call.
