How to use :
1. There are 3 components where the trekking pole can be extended.
2. Twist and pull slowly at the same time while adjusting.
Caution : DO NOT pull outwards too fast.
3. Stop extending when you see the 'STOP' line; the maximum length has reached.
4. Adjust trekking pole according to own preference/height.
