Nearly every object emits an infrared energy, which indicates the temperature of an object. In order to provide a more accurate reading, the infrared thermometer can set the emissivity level from 0.1 to 1. Unlike other temperature measuring guns, enjoy MAX, MIN, DIF, AVG modes for improved accuracy and more feedback.

Protective Temperature Alarm
For some cooks, technicians, and engineers, it can be very important to make sure what they are doing stays within a certain temperature.
