LAUNDRY CARE
11. For the first wash, please hand wash with cold water and mild detergent.

12. Please turn the clothing inside out before ironing/washing.

13. Avoid spin dry and tumble dry for delicate materials.

14. Avoid soaking clothing with 2 or more colors.


EXCHANGES
15. Although we check all apparels for defects before mailing out the items, any issue with items has to be communicated to us within 7 days upon receiving the items, together with snapshots and details of the defects.

16. Items must be unwashed and unworn to be eligible for exchange.

17. All backorder items are strictly not refundable and/or not exchangeable. No cancellation is allowed unless the item(s) is/are out of stock; a full refund will be made to your bank account. Hence, please make sure sizes and colors are right before placing an order (this applies to instock items as well). :)

18. Please note that the items are mass manufactured, therefore please allow 2-3cm difference in sizing. We will try our best to provide measurements as accurately as possible.

19. Item(s) color may vary slightly from displayed photo(s), depending on the computer monitor resolutions. However, we will try to make sure the pictures uploaded are as true as they are.
