Our zen pillow is similar to a traditional zafu, but rectangular instead of round! The rectangular shape makes this a versatile yoga prop, useful for meditation, sitting, and reclining poses. Each zen pillow has a sturdy handle sewn tightly on one end. We fill our zen pillows with 100% natural cotton. The filling is densely packed to provide a solid cushion, and yet is soft enough to be comfortable since the zen pillow is made with all natural fibers. The outer cover is made of a sturdy, 100% twill cotton. The zen pillows have a smaller zippered opening which is neatly hidden beneath the handle. You can also adjust the amount of stuffing in each zen pillow, thus changing the height and the firmness.
