TIPS
1) Clean the egg rings with hot soapy water and dry it before use.
2) Heat the pan first and spread with a bit of oil around the ring inside and edges which makes the cooked egg easier to remove.
3) Push down a bit to help the ring seal to the pan so the egg wont leak out.
4) Pour the first bit in slowly, it allows the egg white to cook a little before it can escape.
5) Cook 20 seconds or more till the egg or pancake sets.
6) Do make sure it is just an uneven pan.
