I would take a 36 DDD; and they are hard to find!! Got this in a 1x fits like a glove! No molded cup to it; which would make a bigger person look even larger!! It has definition in the cup area, with a thick lining...so not see through at all! Suggest to wash first; hang to dry....it seems to fit better (not so stiff). The "girls" stay put, and it helps with back issues as well! Love this bra!!! Wish it came in a neutral color though! I got the black, and now will try the royal blue; that actually looks like purple on the description. I'll have to wait and see!!
