Directions
Add 2/3 cup of flakes to 2 cups boiling water & cook approximately 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat & let stand 3 minutes before serving.Suggested Uses:
Cook in fruit juice for sweetness, then top with toasted nuts or seeds.
Sub for up to ½ cup flour in quickbreads & muffins.
