Delivery options:

1. Singapore Normal Post
Your order is sent to your mailing address into the letterbox. No tracking number is available. Delivery can take 3 to 5 working days. If item cannot fit the letterbox, postman will deliver to your doorstep.

2. Singapore Registered Mail
Your order is sent to your doostep and requires a signature on delivery for acknowledgement purpose. A Registered Article (AR) number will be provided for tracking the mail. Delivery will take about 2 to 3 days.

3. Overseas Registered Mail
We sell to the following countries as well: Malaysia, Korea, Hong Kong, Philippines, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Canada. Please visit the global store for more details.

2. Please ensure that the mailing address provided is complete and accurate. If orders are returned due to wrong address provided, buyer will be contacted for a redelivery and buyer will need to bear all redelivery expense.



Return/Exchange Policy:

1. Once order is confirmed and submitted by buyer, no cancellation is allowed.

2. All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangable unless due to major manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered. Please send all exchange requests to shopwithen@gmail.com within 3 days after receiving items. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Washed or used items will not be exchanged or refunded. Shipping fee for exchange is borne by buyers.

3. No refund or exchange is allowed for the following reasons:
a) Damage to items as a result of improper care after receiving items
b) Change of mind after receiving items
c) Slight colour differences between actual items and photos
d) Sending items back without prior notice to seller
