Usage :

By the doctor: 4 sprays in the external auditory track, 15 minutes before the extraction of the cerumen.
At home: 2 sprays 2 times a day 3 to 5 consecutive days.
Over 3 years old. Do not use more than 5 consecutive days.

Indication : Cerumen impaction, important excess of cerumen.
