Shake it up and down it. I feel fuller longer. If I miss a day, I am hungry. I use this primarily as a meal replacement. Combined with cottage cheese in the morning I am set until lunch. This is a price that you just can't pass up! I was not real happy with the taste, at first, until I started keeping it on ice, in my travel little cooler.
