I have been using this for about 3 weeks in conjunction with Magnesium pills (Citrate). I apply it after a shower in the evening and take the pills of a morning. At this point I would say it definitely has helped.I spray 3 or 4 squirts (At a time) in my hand then apply this to my legs & feet (It takes several applications to thoughly cover). My 1 objection is (Not price) that I paid $9.19 with FREE Shipping and 7.25% Ohio Sales Tax .
