UNLIKE OTHER YOGA MATS the Jute side of our Zafu Yoga mats has an amazing gecko like grip - perfect for those hot and slippery Birkram Yoga classes, while the reverse side is softer and more traditional for calmer laying down and falling asleep in the middle of class type days...not that we’ve ever done that...promise.
