Direction for Use	Adult and children above 4 years old : 1 to 2 capsules, 3 times daily. Exceeding the suggested intake is not recommended unless specifically directed by physician.
Ingredients	Each capsule contains Cod Liver oil 240mg equivalent to: Vitamin A - 600iu - 12% (USRDA), Vitamin D - 60iu - 15% (USRDA) USRDA: For adults and children above 4 years old calories intake. Gelatine is from bovine source. No added sugars, yeast, milk derivatives, wheat or corn starch, gulaten and artificial flavours.
