No wrinkles. I ordered two sizes, one regular twin and the other extra long. For the first time since buying the extra long mattress, the fitted sheet fit perfectly. They felt slightly warmer the first night but soon got used to the feel of these compared to cotton sheets. They would easily cover a foam mattress pad, which we have been thinking of buying. They are soft, but much heavier than cotton sheets. They are also very warm. I don't think I would use them during the summer. They seem very durable as well. I am not used to them yet, and they do take getting used to if you've never used this kind of sheet.
