 Easy  Operation:
1. Connect the USB  power cable to converter and its USB end to your PC;
2. Connect your PC  (VGA output) to the VGA input port of the adapter.
3. Turn on the PC;
4. Connect your VGA  monitor to VGA output port of the adapter and your monitor would work， by which  it shows that the USB power cable supply power normally to the adapter.  ---Optional
5. Connect the  adapter to your (AV/S-video input) TV via AV cable， which won’t affect the  working of the VGA monitor.
--note that you  should choose AV/S-video input for your TV;
--Adjust PAL/NTSC  mode by the 1/2 button on the adapter
6. Check the user  manual for further using.

Specification

1. Limited by the  sharpness of TV (350-450 lines)， the 16 pound character may be unable to read  after VGA to AV (PAL/NTSC) signal converting. Hence the TV can’t replace the PC  monitor via this adapter. The main aim for this adapter is for monitoring，  videoconferencing， watching movie (acting as the DVD).
2. The VGA monitor  can be flickering sometimes. You can pull out the power supply cable when the  monitor flickering and re-connect it， by which we re-activate its function.
3. Please prepare AV  cable， S-VIDEO cable， or VGA cable yourself when needed.
