2) Other products: Bubble wrap before final layer of paper wrapping.

Mailing options

While SingPost Normal Mail is usually fast, cheap and efficient, there have been cases of lost parcels.

The Scrapbook Mall recommends using the SingPost Registered Mail for safer delivery. We will provide you with the registered article numbers for tracking.

In the event of lost of registered mail parcels, SingPost may refund up to S$68 of parcel's value and the refund process takes up to 3 months.

SingPost Registered Mail costs S$2.25 for local orders.

The Scrapbook Mall do not bear the costs/replacement due to lost of non-registered articles.
