Items sold are strictly non-refundable and exchangeable except the below circumstances:

1) Major Defects on Item

2) Wrong Items Sent

Reasons below may not be considered as manufacturer defects:

1) Minor thread frays at the ends, wrinkles, slight misalignments of the seams.

2) Claims that the cutting or design of item is not good or up to expectations.

3) Deliberate damage of items such that it may warrant an exchange.

Other Exchange Exclusions:

1) Size Issues - Measurement is subjected to max 2-4cm tolerance in flat measurement, depending on the measurement methd by individual or product batch.

2) Colour Issues - Colours seen on monitor might be slightly different from the actual colours of product due to various reasons such as monitor temperature setting, maker characteristic, etc.

3) Items worn, stained or applied with perfume, with ciagrette smell, altered in any form, washed, sent for dry cleaning and damaged due to negligence are not applicable for exchange.

All requests must be raised within 3 days from received date.
