Exchange Policy

We only allow exchange for wrong or *defective items, thus, we strongly advise customers to select the right size and design before purchasing to avoid the hassle and disappointment!

To qualify for exchange, product must be in brand new condition with tag and plastic cover intact, returned within 7 days from date received.

We strongly advised buyers to return with registered mail that allows tracking as we will not be responsible for any lost mail in transit.

An exchange will only be carried out when we have received the returned product.

In the event of a dispute, Jealous Pigeons reserves the rights to the final decision.
