It is the only product I know of that I can use with my allergies. Everything else makes me itchy over time. Still... this stuff leaves "grease spots" on my darks and reds. I learned the hard way that I just can't use fabric softener with those loads. And now, with a bottle being too thick (I read that it can go bad and that you're willing to replace it..?) residue is left over in my washing machine and now I have grease spots all over my clothes again. I don't know how many shirts of my family's that are ruined. Do you reimburse for that, as well?
