Shipping & Handling

Return and Refund
-Before return/refund, you can first contact us within 7 days, provide us with your Order Number, and state the reason for your return/refund.
-For a damaged item, its picture should be attached.
-Returned items must be in their original condition such as packaging, tags attached and so on.  
Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.
-In case goods are sold but not shipped yet, and you do not want the item, we can cancel the order within 24 hours.
-The return goods should be received within 14 days.
-The amount will be refunded in the same form of payment originally used for purchase
