Follow the simple steps below to purchase and redeem your valid E-voucher from I Heart Travel.

Step 1: Visitation Date 
- Proceed to purchase the tickets UNLESS you visitation date is 2 days away. 
- Please call us to check if you are planning to visit within the next 2 days. 

Step 2: Purchase and confirmation
- Purchase from Qoo10.
- Receive E-ticket Codes and Order Number from Qoo10 via email.

Step 3: Details Confirmation
- Upon payment confirmation, kindly email us your details as below in order for us to process your e-voucher : 

1. Full Name according to IC / Passport (1 name will do)
2. Gender 
3. Nationality 
4. Contact Number
5. Email
6. Visitation Date to attraction
7. Number of Adults
8. Number of Kids
9. Age of Every Kids
10. Order Ref Number
11. E-ticket Code

In the event where you have not confirmed on the visitation date, you can always drop us an email or text to inform that you wish to redeem the voucher later (must be at least 2 days before your visitation date)

Step 4: Redemption
- E-voucher will be sent to you by email within 24 hours after I Heart Travel received the complete details from you.
- Kindly print the E-voucher (PDF) and show your Identity Card (I.C) at the ticketing counter for admission to the Theme Park. 

**Please take note: VERY IMPORTANT!!! 
E-voucher needs to be purchased and redeemed at least 2 days prior to visitation day. Payment may be forfeited if failure to do so. Please contact Blue Pepper should you need further clarification.
