Please read this before give any nagtive review. This is a problem which a lot of cutomers encountered. They don't know how to pair. The item is not faulty or spoilt.  So Please Please Please follow these instructions below :


- Switch ON the Bluetooth on your phone
- (SUPER IMPORTANT) While Bluetooth Earpiece is off, Press and hold the Earpiece for about 4 to 6 sec. You should see flashing blue first, DON'T RELEASE... KEEP HOLDING ON until you see blue red blue red flashing.
- Under your Bluetooth devices found, you should see one of the devices detected as ROMAN S301(base on the model)
- Tap on that and you should be connected

- If you use a phone that requires a password, the password is 0000.

 

-  DON'T overnight charge your headset,  2 hours charging time is enough.
