The High Grade (HG) is a line of Gunpla in smaller scales such as 1/144, and is designed as an affordable series of model kits for Gundam fans. The moulding was improved and HG (High Grade) level kits were introduced in 1990 to provide better range of motion and greater poseability. Parts are, as usual, pre-colored.

Hero Sei Iori's modified "Build Strike Gundam," his own modified take on the Strike Gundam, is available in HG! Combine it with the Build Booster to create the Build Strike Gundam Full Package. Based on the latest Gunpla technology, you can recreate your favorite scenes from the show with perfect color and posing just by putting it together! Includes a full set of weapons as follows. A beam rifle, enhanced beam rifle, large-size beam cannon, beam saber, and Chobham shield.
