商品紹介 	 	 		 			フレッシュでドライな白。凝縮したグレープフルーツやメロンの香り、軽い樽感。長い余韻が楽しめます。2012年は適度な気温で程よく乾燥しており、ブドウはゆっくりと、満遍なく熟しました。成熟した味わいで、自然な酸味が素晴らしいバランスを生み出しています。シャルドネの特徴を幅広く反映させるため、様々な成熟度合いのブドウが少しずつ収穫されています。This inaugural Polo chardonnay is a deliciously fresh, dry white wine with intense and lingering avours of grapefruit and melon and just a hint of inty/toasty oak. The 2012 vintage consisted of moderate temperatures and dry conditions allowing slow and even ripening, the full development of flavor and the maintenance of a wonderfully balanced level of natural acidity.
