* Free Home Delivery is limited to residential addresses only. Strictly excluded are public facilities such as offices, school, military camp, hospital, jurong island, sentosa island, naval bases, CBD, etc. Kindly provide valid residential address when ordering to ensure prompt delivery. Orders made through free residential address delivery with any of the above excluded addresses will void the purchases unless valid residential address is provided. We apologise for any inconveniences caused if any.

* Free Home Delivery for purchases above $12 is a safer way to ensure that items ordered are delivered in tip top conditions (such as no damages to the external boxes especially items are ordered for gift purposes.)

* Purchases below $12 will be delivered through normal  standard mail by Singpost which is FREE as well, however delivery time will depends on Singpost.
