1. Can I use this e-voucher at other places than MyDHL website?

With just one-time purchase of the reusable e-voucher for that particular month, all your outbound shipments will enjoy 30% discounts when you send any shipment during that particular month.
3. I would like to use this e-voucher and lodge the shipment at DHL Service Point. Is this possible?
Yes, you may lodge the shipment at any DHL Service Point after you’ve manifested the shipment at MyDHL. However, your shipment must already be in a ready-to-send state (packed in your own packaging & relevant paperwork attached) and you should not be asking the DHL partners to provide you their packaging.
4. Can this e-voucher be used to discount other DHL value added surcharges?
No. The e-voucher will only discount the freight charges & fuel surcharges.
5. Can I use this e-voucher for an inbound shipment into Singapore?
No, this e-voucher is only applicable for outbound shipments from Singapore. You have to contact the award-winning DHL Customer Service hotline at 1800 285 8888 for your inbound shipments.

7. I want to use this e-voucher but I want to pay by cash instead of credit card.
Not possible. MyDHL can only accept credit card payments.
8. I only have a shipment to be sent next month. Can I use the e-voucher next month?
As long as the e-voucher is used within the given period, the shipment can be prepared at anytime. Otherwise, you'll have to purchase the e-voucher for the following period.
9. I would like to also purchase Extended Liability/Shipment Insurance and/or DHL Express 9:00, 10:30, 12:00. Can I still use this e-voucher?
Yes, you may select additional services as per your requirements and still use the e-voucher as the e-voucher is only discounting the freight charges & fuel surcharges.
10. I do not have a printer at home and I can’t print the DHL waybill. Can I still arrange for a pick-up?
Not possible. The printed DHL waybill is required in order to recognize this e-voucher discount. If you pushed this thru and gotten the DHL courier to issue you a new DHL waybill, both the DHL courier & new waybill will not be able to honor the e-voucher discounts and you’ll have to pay the prevailing tariff charges.
11. I received a promo code from one of DHL’s campaign/promotion. Can I use the promo code with my e-voucher?
No, you may only select either one of the promo codes that you have.
12. I'm not sure about the weight of my shipment. How accurate the billing will be?
When you completed your transaction based on your estimated weight, the amount is “blocked” off in your credit card. When the reweighing of shipment is done at DHL Service Centres, the system will then charge into your credit card based on the final weight.
13. I've prepared the DHL waybill but I don’t need to ship this shipment anymore. How do I get the refund?
You may just ignore the waybill that you’ve prepared. As long as DHL courier doesn’t scan the waybill’s bar code, your waybill will not be recognized and the “blocked” amount will be removed from your credit card after 30 days.
14. How long do I need to wait for the e-voucher to be sent to me after my purchase?
After the Qoo10 payment verification process has been completed, please go to "My Orders" and select "e-Ticket" to retrieve your e-voucher code.
15. Can I use this e-voucher to offset the freight charges from my DHL corporate account?
No, this e-voucher can only be used at MyDHL, payable via credit cards. This e-voucher is not recognized for DHL corporate account holders.
16. What type of shipments that I can send using this e-voucher?
