Directions
Sensitive/Petite: Take 1/2-1 cap daily with food. Women with a period: 2 caps daily. Women with hot flashes: 3 caps daily with food. If after 5 days, hot flashes are not 80% better, increase by one more cap daily for the next 5 days and evaluate again. Increase dosage again if necessary after another 5 days.
