Omega-3 plays a role in brain and eye development during the early stages of life and is particularly important for learning. Studies suggest that omega-3 may also play a role in supporting normal behaviour in children.
Swisse Ultiboost Children's Smart Fish Oil is naturally flavoured with orange oil and does not contain aspartame or saccharin.

Directions
CHILD DOSAGE:
1-2 years: One capsule daily (pierce and squeeze into milk, juice or cereal)
3-12 years: One capsule daily (chew, do not swallow whole)
