Q 1: what is Home-Master?
Home-Master is a unique formula, research conducted and developed through Japanese Technology, it is eco-friendly washing detergent. The main effect is clean, degrease, sterilize, deodorize and natural bleach. Home - Master means save time, energy and money, in order to let more people enjoy the benefit of such good product, which was establised in Malaysia in May 2013.

Q 2: What are the materials used for Home-Master detergent?
Home-Master is made of natural minerals mixed with sodium, and it does not contain any harmful chemicals and it is free of pollutants.

Q 3: What is the difference between Home-Master detergent and general detergent?
The General detergents depend on surfactant, that is the so-called foam to remove tough and greasy stains but that give limited effect. Home-Master uses active oxygen to resolve acidic substances, it will produce a large volume of active oxidant in water to remove the toughest stain.

Q 4: Why is Home-Master environmental friendly?
Home-Master is made of natural mineral, no added stabilizers. It will turn into water after 10 days, so it will not have any effect to environment and it’s eco-friendly product. Note: After putting Home-Master into the water, it has to be used as soon as possible because it has no effect after10 days.

Q 5: Is Home-Master give harmful to health?
Home-Master is a washing detergent product, and hence it is not edible. Avoid contact with eyes, if so, IMMEDIATELY rinse with clean water. Note: If used for long period of time or for people with sensitive skins, it is recommended to use Home-Master with gloves. This product is not harmful to health, thus please feel safe to use it anytime and anywhere.

Q 6: Can Home-Master detergent cause clothes to lose its color?
Absolutely not. Home-Master does not contain chlorine. Chlorine is the culprit for causing the clothes to lose its color as it has toxic substance. Normal bleach has high contents of chlorine, hence please avoid using it often if possible. You may say you do not use bleach, so how could the clothes lose its colour? In fact, tap water also contains a small amount of chlorine.

Q 7: How much of amount /dosage of Home-Master to be used?
The quantity of usage is not fixed, but generally 10g of Home-Mast
er detergent is used and needed to add into 1 liter of water (a small spoon given inside the bottle is 10g). You may increase more dosage of Home-Master according to situations ie. stubbornness of the stains.

Q 8: Does Home-Master detergent need to be added into warm water or hot water?
No, cold water is fine. However, cold water soluble is relatively slow, and of course results will relatively slow too. In fact, Home-Master is best used in hot water, about 50~60’ C. This type of hot water can make the oxygen in the water more active, consequently you can see fast result.

Q 9: Home-Master detergent usage and general cleaners?
All washing detergents usage are almost similar to Home-Master washing detergent. However, Home-Master is in granules form and has to use in water. There is a very unique method to use Home-Master, that is “soaking”. Soaking anything in Home-Master will cause the dirt and stain to fall off easily. You just need to brush the clothes gently and effortlessly. It is simple and easy.

Q 10: Is there anything you are not supposed to wash with Home-Master detergent?
Yes. Silk materials and animal leather because they belong to protein type of material, and thus it may damage the quality.

Q4:为什么省师父有环保的作用？
A4:省师父是属于天然矿物质配合而成，无添加任何稳定 剂，经过10天之后，它会还原变成水，所以对环境不会造 成任何影响，是属于环保级产品。请注意:省师父加在水里 之后，尽可能及时用完，别等到10天后才来使用，那已经 没有效果了。

Q5:省师父对人体有伤害吗？
A5:省师父是属于洗洁用途产品，请勿食用。如果不小心 沾到眼睛，请即刻用清水清洗。注意:长时间使用者或皮肤 敏感者，建议带上手套。此产品对人体绝无伤害，请安心使 用。

Q6:省师父洗洁剂会不会造成衣服脱色呢？
A6:绝对不会，因为省师父完全没有氯的成份。氯是衣服 脱色的真凶，也是一种有毒物质。漂白水含氯很高，请可免 则免。可能大家会说，都没使用漂白水，为什么也会脱色， 其实自来水里也是含有少量的氯的关系。

Q7:使用省师父时，大概要用多少的份量？
A7:其实使用量是没有规定的，一般上1公升水用10g 的省师父就可以了。省师父罐里的小汤匙刚好10g。如果 遇到顽固或严重污垢或污迹时，可适当调整份量。

Q8:省师父洗洁剂是不是一定要用温水或热水？
A8:不是，冷水也可以。但是冷水溶解比较慢，当然效果 也比较慢。其实省师父很喜欢温热水，大概摄氏50~60 °C，能使到水里的氧气非常活跃，效果的速度比较快。

Q9:省师父洗洁剂的用法和一般洗剂一样吗？
A9:洗洁用途大致上是一样，但是省师父洗洁剂一定要加水才有效果，它是属于粉状的。省师父有一个很特别的使用方法，就是浸泡方法。浸泡在省师父水里，污垢或污迹很容易就脱落，还是轻轻洗刷就行了，简单又方便。

Q10:有什么东西不能用省师父洗洁剂的吗？
A10:有的，就是丝绸类和动物皮革，原因是它们都是属于蛋白质类的东西，可能会损伤到品质。

4: Mengapa Home-Master mempunyai kesan-kesan alam sekitar?
Home-Master dibuat oleh mineral semula jadi,tanpa menambahkan apa-apa penstabil, selepas 10 hari, ia akan dipulihkan menjadi air, maka ia tidak akan mempunyai sebarang kesan terhadap alam sekitar dan adalah produk mesra alam. Sila ambil perhatian: selepas menambahkan Home-Master ke dalam air sila gunakannya secepat mungkin,jangan tunggu sehingga 10 hari baru pakai sebab ia tidak akan memberi kesan.

5: Adakah Home-Master berbahaya kepada manusia?
Home-Master adalah produk pencuci,jangan makan. 7: Apabila anda menggunakan Home-Master,berapa banyak untuk digunakannya ?
Sebenarnya kuantiti tidak ditetapkan untuk penggunaan biasa,anda boleh masukkan 10g Home-Master ke dalam 1 liter air.(sudu kecil dalam botol adalah 10g)Kuantiti penggunaan detergen bergantung kepada kotoran.

8: Home-Master detergen adakah semestinya mengguna air sejuk atau air panas?
Tidak,air sejuk pun boleh tetapi ia akan larut dalam air lebih perlahan, tentunya kesan larut menjadi perlahan . Malah Home-Master lebih sesuaiuntuk air panas,sebab ia boleh menjanakan oksigen teraktif dalam air pada 50 ~ 60 °C dan kesannya adalah lebih cepat.

9: Adakah cara penggunaan Home-Master detergen sama dengan detergen umum ?
Tujuan pembersih secara umumnya adalah sama tetapi Home-Master detergen perlu menambah air barulah menjadi berkesan. Home-Master mempunyai cara yang sangat istimewa iaitu cara rendam. Bila berendam Home-Master dalam air ,ia akan lebih mudah menanggal kotoran dan daki yang degil. Ringkas dan mudah.

10: Apakah benda yang tidak menggunakan Home-Master detergent?

如何清理洗衣槽？首先将过滤网拆下，整个洗衣槽装满温热水（50°C），加入300~400g的省师父（从来未洗过的洗衣槽），给它打转3分钟（可以重复几 次）。肮脏物浮起，可用过滤网捞起，然后浸泡6小时以上或隔夜。最后的步骤，将污水放掉了之后，装满清水打转至干净为此（重复几遍）。注意！建议每3个月 清理一次（用量100~150g）。
