Dry Heat:Slip cloth over the heating pad.Plug into any 120 Volt AC electrical outlet and activate pad as instructed on back of box.Moist Heat:Saturate with warm tap water.Wring out excess water.Place heating pad and sponge into cloth cover.Plug into 120 Volt AC electrical outlet and activate pad as instructed on back of box.Select Heat Instructions:turn pad on, push button to select a heat selection.The selected setting will illuminate.While the pad is turned on, heat setting selections may be changed at any time.The 90 minute timer will automatically turn the pad off after 90 minutes.To Turn Pad Off:at any time, push button until ALL indicator lights are off.
