I have a Boxer who sheds a lot which I was not expecting since he was a short hair. My mom told me about a product called "Linatone" which she used years ago that almost eliminated the shedding in our childhood dog which was a Great Dane. The Pet Smart representative said that they didn't have Linatone but then he showed me this GNC product. He explained how it enlarges the hair follicles so that the hair does not easily fall out. After a few weeks on it my Boxers shedding was reduced by about 80%. Its now been 3 months. His shedding is 95% reduced. No more daily sweeping of dog hair. No more hair all over my clothes. No more hair all over his cage. I use a small medicine cup to measure out his dosage and pour it in his food once a day. I can tell that he loves it because he always whines & drools for his second meal which I pour it on. One bottle last for about one month. This GNC Shedding Formula is well worth the money. I have a great Pyrenees and yes they shed. After using this the amount of hair that I vacuum is 7%. I am also going it to my Springer Spaniel and my little Weiner dog.
