Suggested Use
Take 3 capsules daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking medications.

Gelatin (capsule) microcrystalline cellulose silicon dioxide magnesium stearate.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children. If an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients occurs discontinue use. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Do no use if you have a kidney disorder. Consult a physician prior to use if you have diabetes.
